I have a couple of steel bikes that I want to store for the winter as cluttering up the studio. Tried to store high on the wall with a pedal-bracket ARRRGGHHH wall crumbles. Someone offered space but tiz condensated/damp.

Spray with ACF50 then seal in polyethylene mattress bag.
Or build a frame for the pedal bracket rather than screwing it directly to the wall.

Use a timber plinth on the wall and use the bracket on that or ceiling hooks
