delivery took about 5 days ,but they sent me the wrong size item,then on returning the item for exchange they tell me the item i ordered is sold out. not happy.

I bought a 2012 XT groupset from them in September this year and if I remember correctly delivery was about 5 days.

Price was very good and all came as expected, not OE but all in proper Shimano boxes.

I'd definitely use them again in the future.

I've used them - good service, would use again.

Several times, no issues.

I did order a fork that was out of stock once, they came back and offered me a 70 Euro discount on the 2012 model instead. I declined, but I was impressed by that.
