A fantastic weekend last weekend riding, bivvying and canoeing. Never done any canoeing like this before and i have to give a massive plug to Paul and Claire from the Keswick Canoe Company (www.keswickcanoecompany.co.uk) They have been great to deal with and made the trip easy and a lot of fun. They had never had people wanting to canoe with their bikes but were more than up for trying to make it work which i did, i can't recommend them enough. It is something you should try if you are in the Lakes or Scotland for the weekend/week biking we fitted it into our route so it felt like it was a part of the journey.
