I bought a light set from Smudge on this forum ([url= http://www.mtbbatteries.co.uk/4.html ]mtbbatteries[/url]) last year and was very happy with it until it developed a fault where the light suddenly died without warning after 45 minutes. A bit disconcerting halfway down a descent.
I emailed Mark on Friday and outlined the problem and on Saturday morning a new battery pack arrived which fixed the problem, less than 24 hours after I'd reported it.

Had top service too, can't recommend him highly enough.
Had a similar experience, battery played up on Wednesday sent an email on Thursday and recieved another battery pack on Saturday morning, problem is finding the time to try out the replacement.
