My bonce is not freakish but most helmets sit too high on my head. Tried a 661 recon today, fits no problem but sits too high. I'm using a Bell triton that fits well but has taken a few too many hits and needs replacing.
Any ideas on a good lid that sits low.
Giro Hex sits lower than others I've used, probably because its less XC racy and more AM'ish
i have a head like a hereford bull im told!! the fox flux L fits nice
I've also got a big head and it's Bell or Met for me. It's hard to find shops with much more than Giros and Specialized though.
I'm after an XC lid certainly something very well vented. Whats the flux like I've read they are a bit hot?

Best stick with Bell then as they are the only ones I have tried that will almost drop onto my ears in L size
Met suit my head shape though.
