I've heard good thinks about Matt H's Wheels at 18 Bikes, top service from them for anything I've bought.

But with the price of Stans rims you probably won't save much; I only did it because I got a good deal on some Crests.

another vote for JD Tuning ..built me some very bomb proof 29 rims that don't explode 😆

I'm the best wheel builder I know and that's why I build all my own wheels. Been doing it 10 years and every single wheel I have built is still going strong and true.

Seriously though learn yourself and you'll never look back.
