I used Athleteshop for some bargain Jumbo Jims earlier this year, the prices seemed too good to be true, but after being reassured by forum members at bikeradar I pulled the trigger and the goods arrived pronto.

mountainbikes.net

they have both parts you are looking for..
they have nearly every !! part for older rock shox forks

but their shop software for searching seems a bit outdated,
so best is to go ...forks...spare parts....rock shox...rebas 09-11

Hibike list a lot of spares for Rockshox.
I'm after a RCT3 for a bluto to get rid of the oneloc remote. part no 11.4015.544.270.. Germans seem to be the cheapest for parts.

Have a look at the SRAM spare parts catalog and you can dig out the part numbers for what you need.
