I've only ridden trail centres in Wales, but I would like to turn a new leaf and ride some wilder stuff.

Are there any staple trails that anyone would recommend? Preferably something that isn't too difficult to navigate. I'd also be grateful if you could point me in the direction of any relevant route maps/guide books.

Thanks!

Bookmarked.
Although the chap who runs Ty Seren BnB in Dolgellau says there's a nice ride from there to Barmouth.

Lots of people seem to regularly push their bike up Snowdon and then nimble down that.

In fact we're going back to Lyn Cowlyd tomorrow as I've only ridden it the other way (anti clockwise) before. ๐Ÿ˜€
