Best written coverage, I can never find time to catch all the highlights.
Normally look on bikeradar/road.cc/broadsheets but are there better ones?

The Grauniad has very good coverage, as does the Telegraph
Online - cyclingnews.com is superb, and I gather Bikesnob will be logging about this bicycle cycling race.

www.letour.fr is the official site.
cyclingnews.com, cyclingweekly.co.uk, eurosport all have live feeds and decent write ups after each stage.
