I see someone mentioned beastway 2009 starts tomorrow. But how exactly would you get there ?

I see the centre is near the central line.

Say you worked in west london near hyde park. What would be the best way of getting there with a bike ?

Presumably cycle but it is 16 miles + 16 miles back dont think I bother racing if I did that.

Plus I dont really enjoying cycling in London enough to do that.

I used to cycle to Eastway after work from Chiswick, race, then cycle back to Ealing.

When it was at Eastway there were plenty of people who'd ride across London to do it.

I'm afraid that now its on the M25 I'm not cycling through bandit country to get to it.

Buy a cheap and light bike bag. You can then take your bike on the tube as luggage.

as a result of the Eastway Beastway's demise, I took up road racing, and now attend the Tuesday crit at Crystal Palace. It's absolutely mental.
