Where has beach and mountains besides Finale?

I'm helping son and GF find options for season work next summer. Likely Europe, but open to further afield.

Mallorca has lots of beautiful beaches and mountains in the north. It’s one of my favourite places!

Does it have to be salty sea beach? I take it they are looking for somewhere with beach based activities for employment? Swiss lakes in places like Davos and Lenzerheide have stuff going on in summer, and surrounded by a lot of biking of course. Just a thought.

As above, Costa Blanca, particularly Benidorm and nearby resorts such as Calpe for ease of finding seasonal work.
There are some great mountain tracks inland for MTB and road riding.
Check out Ben Moore on FB/YouTube for examples of some of the riding round there. Also Snakeskin MTB adventures.

French Basque if you want beaches for surfing though mountains are tame compared to Picos etc. Otherwise round Nice is er, nice...
