XT chainset is it 2 on the non drive and 1 on the drive side?

If you have a 68mm wide bb shell and no bb mounted chainguides etc, then 2 on drive side and one on non-drive side.

or 1 drive side is 73 mm BB

Just fitted it 2 and 1 and the spindle looks 1/4inch short.
It's on a Pitch so need to check the bb size
