I ordered a Pauls Component Chain Keeper from these folks in the States on monday afternoon as the E13 XCX-ST chain device i recently bought wouldn't work with the chainline on my new Hummer 1x10 build, I arrived home an hr ago after being away for the past 6 days and there it was lying on the doormat, delivered yesterday (thursday) all the way from Kirkland-Seattle with a hand written note thanking me for my order with a smiley face saying happy riding. Posted on the 11 September and delivered to me on the 13th.
Why can't all companies offer such an impressive service?, I for one will definitely be using them again...in fact i'm going to order an Aspire t-shirt and hoody from them later.....i don't mind being a publicity tart for service such as this.
