Hopefully the labels are readable.

For reference, im naming -

Part A - Positive piston spring
Part B - Positive piston
Part C - Positive piston stop
Part D - Topout bumper spacer

When riding or compressing the forks, at full extension, on compression or extension, there is a small amount of play and a slight knock.

Pulled apart and inspected, it looks like since part B overhangs part C, when part D pushes part B out of the way, it is bumping on part C.

What's the best solution?

1. Warranty
2. Spacer between parts D and C, so that part D no longer pushes on B.
3. Spacer between B and C so that B no longer overhangs C.
4. Is A too stiff?

I hope that makes sense.

Actually, scrap 2 and 3, pos/neg wont equalise at full extension.

The knock is a function of the solo air system , it allows the postive & negative chambers to balance .

Yep, dawned on be after a little bit more thinking.

A bit ****.

The 2013 solo air spring in my lyriks is a much better design.
