For not silly money? Don't necessarily mind roadie team jerseys, as long as the design's nice. Not wool retro ones though.

Most seem to dearer than that these days. Roadie team kit is often less though, presumably because of numbers sold. However some, like Cervelo, are made by expensive brands so are still pricey.
