Anyone else going to this Sunday's Ard Rock event? Weather forecast looks like it might be a dry one, albeit a bit blustery.

I'll be mincing about on a red Canyon Spectral, crying at the steep and gnarly bits and sweating on the other sections....

Fremington Edge doesn't know the meaning of anything other than blowy. I've seen Orange Fives lain on the ground turn into kites up there.

It's not a massively long ride, I'd carry a few bits like a jacket you might be glad of...

Probably see you up there!

We were on Great Pinseat last Sunday - in a "sheltered" spot my bike was being moved around whilst it was lying on the ground!

now revised to 'the tears in my eyes from the howling wind will disguise my crying at the steep and gnarly bits and sweating on the other sections... ๐Ÿ™‚

According to BBC weather forecast (for Reeth) it's going to be 43mph winds tomorrow afternoon.... Eeek!
