Nothing odd about them, it's an obvious 'upgrade' that bears no mention in the description. If I'm buying a bike that I can get brand new for £1300 there needs to be a good reason to go for this one. He's no salesman.

He hasn't mentioned the BB drop and head angle, nor the psi of the front tyre. Furthermore this 'owner' likes his comfort, and for that he should go to jail. Directly to jail (without passing go).
