[#7634960]

I'm heading down to Devon next week and can arrange to have a day riding on either Wednesday (all day) or Thursday afternoon (from about 1pm).

Following on from the "technical dh's in Dartmoor" thread, I'm interested in trying some of these if poss! Is anyone available to show me round? I'll even buy the tea / scones / beer afterwards...

Most of the decent stuff is in a right state at the moment, a LOT of water around and everything is either water-logged or super squelchy, some of the rockier sections are faring OK though, but you'll be back to squelching pretty quickly!

Lustleigh was holding up ok(ish) a couple of weekends back.

The climb up to nutcracker is in a right (unrideable) state though from horse based traffic in the mud

and after the weekend we've just had... ?

hopefully the wind will have gone some way to drying stuff out, but there was So. Much. Water. around this weekend everything was just sodden.
