[Closed] another pointless 'which should i buy thread?' - sorry!

After an injury related break of a couple of years I'm after a new bike. I know it is pointless to ask advice in this way but I am torn between an on-one sector 456 and a trek x-caliber 29er... both similar price. I'm not particularly adventurous and ride xc in the south west and Wales.
If you could only have one, what is the consensus?
PS I tested the trek and like it and use to have an inbred
