That one was March not July, so only 75% guaranteed to be in shite condition this time around!
So did the BHF event take place on that route? What was the impact?

No the BHF re-routed. To be fair that Steel Valley ride is going to be nowhere as popular do it probably won't do as much damage. However it is quite narrow on the top part of the route so it will be fun for people going in the other direction.
