Are they any good, thinking of going over to one, is the gearing a good enough spread. Any thoughts would be a help.

Got one, like it a lot, I run it geared low as I like to spin up climbs and I'm a big fella so need to winch. Geared it so I am just short of spinning out on the flat.
Heavy wheel build, but you dont really notice it till you try to bunny hop something. Fit and forget on my IO so far.

With an 18 tooth sprocket on the back the spread's about the same as using a 32t chainring with a 11-32 block.
