Well heads up actually - just bought some for £4-95 and to look at them they are decent quality when comparing to any of the others I've used

High wrists, breathable, windproof, waterproof

Come in XL size too

I have a pair but haven't broken them out yet, what are they like in the depths of winter ? my hands get cold easily

In fairness I've always wore them with a pair of MW80's, but I've found them pretty good.

Now that reminds me that i have a pair of those. Great gloves for a fiver.

For a fiver they are great value and just shows how much money some of the more expensive glove people are making

I can also recommend the soft shell winter cycling top. Really nice fleece backed material, windproof panels, warm and well made. Love the thumbs loops on the cuffs. Bargain at £15.

cheap & cheerful but i've found the 'cut' on the stuff i've had well below par.

just purchased a set of these for winter riding though, which are great value i think - £30 for goretex gloves!
