More spacers = less travel right?
So as simple as if I want to lower my Rebas from 120 to 100mm, I need to add 20mm of spacer?
(If that's correct, anyone got 20mm of spacers I can buy off you? 🙂 )

Cheap as chips from Loco, Tf tuned etc.

You have the theory correct. I did it for the first time last week. Simple enough with the right tools and the lube for putting it all back together.

LBS might have some spacers or improvise - they are only stopping it extending so far

I took 20mm of spacers out of my Toras the other day, wont be putting them back in again.
