Took out the "unfit" group today . All keen to burn some xmas lard. The ride was cut short due to lack of energy and JP have a saddle/arse interface discompfort issue ! Mind you Mark still managed to go over the bars on a flat smooth bit of trail ! Still , it was good to be out in the fresh air. Comments ?

Looks dry compared to Brendon on Exmoor - tested the Goretex to the max today!

We took the helmet cam up there on Saturday and thought we'd got some good footage, including a real nasty stupidly high speed crash on the Chimney. Got home and found that we'd recorded an hour of blank tape, doh!!! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

i recon your saddle may be too low (just a hunch as youre halfway through the pedal stroke)
