Don't think it's cheap exactly, but if it's in good condition then it'll make someone an excellent uplift day thrasher, these were good bikes. Same sort of category as my 224 evo- "dated but more than capable"
The big thing is, most dh bikes under a grand are ****ed. Thrashed, or neglected in a shed, then the owner realises they're not worth fixing so dumps them on facebook. Then the <next> owner does the same.
Ad does say "This is a whole lot of bike for £850 ono" .. must be then

I sold a mint YT Tues with Hope wheels and brakes and stuff for a grand. So hard to sell a DH bike especially if it has 26" wheels. I should have just kept mine.

DH bikes secondhand go pretty cheap, and that's a pretty old bike. It's 26" wheels and from 2012 - so 8 years old.
£850 could be fine. But I don't think I'd spend my money on something like that.
