Target was 300 for this month but someone in fun control decided we should spend time together yesterday, then went off on her own in town!!

Next month could be interesting as my Garmin fell off the bike on Friday, there's an 100 mph spike where the following car glanced it! I hope it works ok in my rear pocket until I can source a warranty replacement from Garmin. (The plastic mounting finally succumbed on a level crossing at 30kph-ish).

My goal is 50 miles a week... a horrid January saw 100 miles on the clock.

Today I notched 40 miles so it is looking better for February already and i'm riding tomorrow... can't wait.

Off to the pub now for beers and a band.

I surprised myself with 485.69 mi, as I hadn't even looked at the mileage. I was more interested in the 20,063 m Elevation Gain.
February's going to be a struggle due to work pressures and 3 days less to start with. ๐Ÿ™

Due to current circumstances the only time I get to ride is midnight on the road, so last night was the first time this month I felt confident I would not hit ice so was my first time out in feb.

Did 21 km last night then saw it was not added to my total because I had endomondo set on walking not cycling.
Is there any way I can edit it after the fact to get the ride added to my total or is it a lesson learned in checking before setting off.

just click on edit when viewing that entry on the endomondo website... and edit it ๐Ÿ™‚

handy way to get lots of PBs. I got my 5k, cooper, and half marathon records the other day by logging a ski trip as running.

Ta! I could not see how to do it on the app, but did as you said on the desk top version.
Cheers,

SO nice that the temperatures are getting warmer, certainly making it easier to ride for longer now. Only had 1 base layer on today ๐Ÿ™„

I managed 556 in January which included a week off the bike with man flu. So far this month I'm at 322 but I'll have a week off at the end of the month as work will get in the way so will probably finish around 550 again.

April will be a good month, I've got an 84 mile sportive at the start and a 100 miler at the end so that's a fair chunk of the 500 target out the way.

wanted to cheat, and count my skiing miles too, but that still only comes to ca. 400km (plus it was all last month)

will definitely try to think about maybe taking the bike out for a spin this weekend.

Is it bad form to only join the party in March, or do I need a note from my parents?

Been enduring the cold through winter so clocking over 200 miles a week this year. Ultimately ride for fun. I am trying to train for races so that is what motivates me At present.

Not touched my bike(s) in two weeks after some impromptu surgery, I'm sticking with the few hundred gained in the early few days.
Might try a spin later, see how I feel.

I actually went for a ride, so I think I'm not last.
Was much colder than I thought it would be (still snowy in places up at Frankenstein's Castle).

Might go for a ride this weekend too.

Might have to change my challenge to 500 turns of the pedals per month.

Still need to plan some proper excursions, which was my main target for the year, rather than mile munching.

Not added it up but I'm somewhere in the 600s I think. Hopefully get to 700 by Saturday. Heading off out in 10 minutes for a couple of hours.

604 for the YEAR, pitiful.
Too many bugs going around plus a bit of tactical resting for some daft fell race I signed up for ๐Ÿ™‚
Hopefully start this properly next month

710 so far for me, not great, but not terrible.
Our investment team at work (say 15 people) are doing a virtual lands end to John O'Groats of 874 miles with their collated mileage. They're currently at 568 miles. My ambition so far this year is to beat them to it ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sorry Stumpy.

Get a map, plot a big route and just disappear for the day, clear your head. You'll feel better for it.

I've end the month on 748 miles. Late nights at work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday kept me off the bike for most of this week ๐Ÿ™

2081 miles so far this year - some weird activity/mileage going on over in Thailand https://www.endomondo.com/profile/19178476
Maybe he's a rickshaw rider / bike courier?

Well I've been hunkering on down and in the drops this week and feeling much better. Had a long blast on the roadie today and put some effort in, seems I've lost a little bit of power and actually started to blow a bit 20mins from the end of the ride ๐Ÿ˜ so another week and totted up 130 miles which all things considered ain't bad at all.

I'm dropping hours down at work, looks like a 4day weeks for me until June so expect to fit in some Point to Point rides and having found a new bunch of blokes to ride with the diary is filling up nicely...

i am seriously thinking about sacking it off. it is becoming a chore, might be illness, might be the weather, might be cos i am missing proper mountainbiking.

think i might spend a month or 2 doing uplifts and get some easy downhill miles logged...... ๐Ÿ˜†

420 for January and 402 for this month, not going well. Had a never ending cold towards the end January which turned into a horrendous cough, then got another cold. Found I just make myself worse if I keep riding.

485 miles and 65000 ft of climbing last month.
400 miles and 48000 ft of climbing so far (I still have to ride home from work in the morning) this month.
I'm happy enough with that as I was only going for the Strava Climbing Challenges.

Was going well until I imbibed something from the top of the water bottle Tuesday evening. I now feel like something has rolled on my stomach, there were also unspeakable gastric problems Wednesday and lots of sleep from that evening until Friday. Might test out my constitution today and the short reliability ride on Sunday.
There could even be some MTB mileage in March as the bottom bracket from Uberbike arrived this week too.
