I need to replace my ***** frame and was thinking about a 456. For the min price difference I can go carbon. So:

Who's got one?
What size / weight are you?
Any issues?

Passes the new stringent tests just like every other frame
Sure some will break just like every other frame

I dont think you should be more fearful of this material frame than any other tbh

They seem very popular on here and I don't recall anyone having posted to say they have broken one.

No reason to doubt it, and it's CEN-tested to 160mm (for whatever that's worth). Mine has taken a few hard knocks. I just treat it like any other frame tbh, if you don't trust it to do that don't buy it.

I've seen no broken ones and only ever heard one rumour of a broken one... That's better than I can say for steel 456s!

Yes. Very strong. Very fun. Very good price. Very ugly.

Still can't work out the sizing though, even though I own one.

The 16", 18" and 20" are virtually the same wheelbase and reach.

i emailed on one last year about one, i was concerned about my weight (22 stone) they told me not to worry about it on a c456, but they didnt recommend the whippet.
