Happy Birthday - great way to spend the day too ๐Ÿ˜€

Mine in a couple of days and I'm currently browsing BMX sites doing the 'what mid-life crisis bike?' thing again, as every year ๐Ÿ˜›

Doesn't matter what age you actually are, if you can't remember then you're officially old. Or maybe in your case you're just too busy having a damn good time!

Happy Birthday mate!

Your right I feel old as **** at the moment (46 next year)
Had to stop for a while Nov 15th till now following double hernia Op's, I even managed to get tennis elbow due to having to use my arms more to lift myself around ๐Ÿ™

Going to have to start some serious walking as at the moment its still way too horrible sitting on a saddle, (wounds not fully healed 6 weeks after Op)

Hey! Happy birthday - you share it with my son who was fifteen today.

We had sizzling fajitas. Later I bought him a cider and gave him a lesson at pool. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

So far he's followed his fathers footsteps into music and art (and football appreciation) but we will truly kick into it if he gets into biking/mountains. He's been dragged up a few munros and around Glentress but it was hard work. I can only hope for the future.

There must be something in this biking malarky keeping you feeling young, I'm 45 don't feel a day older than when I met my wife 25 years ago and we have kids to boot ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Keep on riding, oh and happy birthday 8)
