Well actaully only 1, the rebound on my 36s has stopped working so its like riding a trampoline and they make a nasty top out noise that made we wince all the way down the Wall at Afan yesterday - typically went at the top...
They're only van R's so whilst I havent had them apart yet what would most obvious reason be? Blown damper or bent rod?
