Is it still possible to get some decent 26in rim braked rims or wheelsets? I'd like to get my old steel Kona back on the road for commuting, the rear rim blew out a year or two ago and I miss riding it. It's got nioce XT hubs so I'd prefer to get something built onto those but maybe a complete wheelset would be good. All I can seem to find is Mavic XM117s or Deore hubbed Mach1 wheelsets that look awful. Maybe a wanted ad is what's needed?
If anyone knows of anything else please point me in the right direction.
Try somewhere like Spa Cycles or SJS. They should be able to sort you out.

Rear is same price
I think I may have a couple of 26 inch Mavic ceramic rims (attached to Deore hubs) tucked up in the shed, probably 217’s but couldn’t say for sure without looking. Give me a shout if they might be of interest and I can go and double check they are still there.
