Hi,
My 2023 Lyriks are loosing air into the lower legs. Noticed it last Wednesday, couldn’t do anything about it as I was riding at the weekend. Anyway the wiper seal popped out half way through the ride. Managed to push it back in to get me home, but from then on I was blowing through the travel. The seals are less than a year old, can’t really return the fork as I changed the air shaft.
my old forks used to suck down when this kind of thing happened.
Any ideas other than replacing all the seals?

The shaft looks to be in perfect order.
Alright it was most probably user error. On close inspection there’s a small scratch on the shaft.
