Is this as good as they get for the money, or is a lumicycle better?

I've the 2011 Toro, works far better than my previous lights - but no idea what it is like compared to the Lumicycle.
Key selling point for me is the all-in-one build.

Is it just me who wonders WTF they do on these test!! E.g. I can't understand how the Electron terra gets 4stars when it looks like you might as well be riding in the pitch black. Even at £100 you'd want some light ...! None the wiser from another piece of class testing by the What/Radar/MBUK house of randomness...
