I've stripped my 2011 Revs down for thier first full service as I'm having probelms with the negative presure increasing. Som I'm thinging the seal between the Pos and Neg chamber may not be working propperly.

I've has RS forks for years and am familir with thier constrcuion and servicing, but the 2011 Revs are a bit different to my other forks as they've got a foam ring under the positive postion.

When I stripped them the air chamber contained oil as the lubricant, and the foam ring under the pistion was soaked in oil. However the service manual states that grease should be used to lubricate the air chamber.

Using grease in the air chamber is new to me, and as the fork came from RS with oil installed I'm unsure what's the best thing to do on the rebuild.

Anybody got experience stripping 2011 RS forks?
