[Closed] £2000 'Trail' Bike?

I want to ride a bike uphill and enjoy the downhill.
I don't like labels but, if I did, I guess I'mm looking for a 'trail' bike.

I wasn't planning on buying another bike this year but I had one nicked (on*one c456)

I did dabble with buying a new bike last year and enjoyed a couple of 29ers on demo days inc Whyte T129 and SC Tall Boy (although strangely not the TallBoy LT)

So...
I have £2000 to spend. Options include:
1) c456evo - if I hadn't had my old one nicked I'd still be riding it and enjoying it - this is improved with all new kit - what's not to like?
2) on*one Parkwood - looks like a cracking bike for the money (and £1000 in my back pocket)
3) Titus Fireline - I've always wanted a Ti bike - is it really worth £800 more than the Parkwood?
4) Whyte T129s - really likes the 2013 one I demoed - obviously not a HT - would it sit alongside my other bike (Blur 4X) or make it obsolete?

So.... after all that... what else should I be looking at? (£2000 max)

I'd go for £1000 in the back pocket to go towards a few weekends away.

I have a fireline, i genuinely think its brilliant but the value of that parkwood is hard to beat.

One plan would be to buy the Parkwood and swap to a Fireline frame in the future.

Canyon Strive, or the Spectral.

I've been blown away with how well my fireline rides, it handles everything in its stride and is extremely comfortable. But like i say £1k for that parkwood is brilliant. Geometry is very similar too isn't it?

Blimey - that Spectral 29 7.9 is a lot of bike for the money.

Thanks but I'm not small.

Also, for the first time in ages I'm looking at buying a complete bike rather than building my own.
