160 to 180 conversion rear

Hi

Sorry I know this has been asked a lot of times but I’ve scoured the threads and can’t find one to match my setup.

I’m basically swapping my rear 160 rotor to a 180mm. Could any helpful person point me to what adapter/mount I need for the conversion?

You currently have an F and you need an N obviously and the 180 disc.
