I'm going 12 speed, with an XT shifter and rear mech, on a SRAM XG-1275 cassette.
Just wondering on what chain might be the best choice. I normally run a KMC X11 (on the previous 11spd setup) but maybe 12spd would suit a Sram chain?
Thoughts?

I’d run an Eagle chain on that cassette if it were me.

My experience of SRAM 11 and 12 chains is that they wear well, shift excellently and are reliable.

ta. GX chains seem to get some bad reports, so higher level chains seem to be the way to go.

On 11 speed I’ve found the X1 chains have a sensible combination of cost vs wear rates and not surface rusting like some of the cheaper chains.
