Looking at new 11 speed disc road wheels and at least one set (Superstar) suggest that MTB and road cassettes are not interchangeable. Is this so. I swap an 11\25 with a 11\32 regularly according to rides. Is this possible or do I just think road only cassettes?

You won't find an 11-32 11spd MTB cassette. You can get 11-25 and 11-32 road ones though.
