It's just a standard inbred with nicer paint, right? In that case, 100mm, they work OK with 120mm but 100mm is their best. Or, pick out a fork that'll adjust, like a 120mm reba?

The advice I got on this was that either would be fine, depends upon your riding style.

Racey - 100mm
Situp/happy down - 120mm

Both would be fine. Using the same size stem the 120mm would be "slightly" more wandery on the climbs.

I preferred mine at 100 but then I'm not a fan of slowish steering.

I think they're a bit more fun with a bit more travel, so reckon 120 is a good call! Plenty of people ride them with 130s - and I plan to join them soon!

My Scandal (same geometry) was pretty ropey with 130mm. Felt like, well, a 100mm bike with 30mm extra travel 😉 But at 100, 110 or so it was mint. Wish I'd realised that at the time instead of trying to make it a long trail bike.
