Doesn't have to be 1000gm but lighter the better, certainly under 1500gms. Currently have a Rock Lobster tig team sl @1500gm and I fancy a new frame. Doesn't have to be niche particularly, quite like the Trek Elite 9.9 and On One Whippet, niche is nice tho.

Anything else I should look at?

I've got a 2010 BeOne Pro Raw carbon frame and is very nice, I considered the On One Whippet but didn't fancy the complications with chainsets etc.
I weighed my bare frame and came in at 1020grams in an XL (21").

I got mine from CRC in the sale but this year's models are exactly the same but in new colour options.

Buy a full Scale and sell the bits you don't want?

Ditto the Flash Hi-Mod. They'd be my choices, but I'd not pay for a frame only.

Whyte 19 Carbon frame is around 1200g iirc.
Love mine - fast, fun and responsive and can happily ride it all day. Great climber, great descender!

is Flash, Cannondale?

I'll be buying slight 2nd off classifieds, ebay or something, can't afford brand new.
