Well just over nine years old.

How much life are you getting out of a CK, mines been on the road bike since 2004.

Same with the Dura Ace Octaling BB.

I've never ever touched the headset, but I've cleaned and greased the BB a few times.
Would you leave it all alone if they were still running as sweet as a nut?

I've got a ck headset that I acquired around 9 years ago, it was second hand then and it's since been fitted to 4 different mtbs. I have serviced it once a few years back but there really was no need.
I've also got a campg athena square taper bb in my road bike that's 14 years old and is still as smooth as a very smooth thing

If it isn't broken, why would you try and fix it? Got a CK headset on my mtb, been on there since I built it 3 or 4 years ago. Still running perfectly (and it was second hand too).

I just thought about the bottom bracket and it occurred to me that I've never touched the CK. Though a quick Google suggests a little re greasing every few years is all that's required.

3x King headsets, oldest one bought in 1994, one in '98 & one in '07. All have been serviced, but not very often. The 2 newer ones have both had griploc conversions which in my mind make the headset perfect.
