Very proud of my wee boy who managed to cycle 10 miles yesterday and he is only 4 and 1/2. And it was from Tobermory to Salen on Mull which has some rather large hills.

Excellent.
Is that more or less than 18km. he says competitively ๐Ÿ˜‰

It's quite amazing how far they can go if they're into it.

nice one! that's a long ride!

one of the p2's at my son's school rode the glasgow to edinburgh pedal for scotland ride the other day. as the generalist says above, it would appear that if kids want to do a big distance, they find the energy.

Are those 20 inch wheels? my lad is 5 in January and I'm hoping his new bike will be 20" but not sure if he'll be tall enough......

Yes it's a Hotrock 20 which he just fits. He is at the height that his old bike which was a 16 was to wee and this one is kind of big but he manages it fine but I think he is quite tall for his age.
