Full front and rear set of XT M8100 2-pots, removed from a brand new bike as I swapped immediately to 4-pots. 

Front brake removed all as one, hose length about 770mm (medium 29er frame for context). Rear was a caliper swap so hose is in the region of 1500mm. Rear WILL need a full bleed so I’ve included spare olives and a spare barb in case it needs cutting down.

Both calipers have minor scuffs from disc scraps while wheels were fitted, but are otherwise brand new and unused.
