I picked up a 26” Nukeproof scout frame in the CRC shutdown.  Youngest looks like she’s still going to be too small in a few months for her bday.  it’s new/boxed etc.  I planned to put 24” wheels on that frame.  TT/stand over still looks a tad big. 

ideally I’m looking for a 24” frame, 142×12, tapered headset.  Full suss or hardtail.  I think in an ideal world someone will have stock piled a 24” frame from the sale and want rid. 

anything out there? New? Used rolling chassis? WHY?
