Until two years ago this was my main road bike; it has done many many miles and it shows.  It’s been well maintained but it’s pretty scruffy. The paint is obviously chipped, some of the bottle cage bosses are corroded (although these can be replaced easily at a bike shop), one of the downtube barrel adjusters broke off and had to be reattached, there’s a little rust on some of the spokes etc.  There are two rub marks on the inside of the chainstay (pictured) that look bad but these happened on the very first ride (QR wasn’t done up properly) and it managed another 15,000 or so miles with my fat arse on it, so I think it’s ok.  The rims aren’t too worn.

It’s 53cm, and it is pretty light, probably 8kg or so without pedals. I can throw in some contemporary 105 SPD SLs if needed.
