We’ve recently upgraded so this tandem is now up for sale. It’s a 20″/16″ Orbit tandem (originally from JD Tandems) with 26″ wheels (Schwalbe Marathon Tour 26*1.75 tyres) and a 3*8 drivetrain. Front v-brake, Avid BB5 rear disk brake with 203mm rotor, and rear parking brake. It’s got a pannier rack as you can see, and comes with the handlebar bag. I recently fitted new chains and a large cassette – it’s 32t, which was better than the 28t that it used to have! We’re in Marple and can deliver within a short distance, maybe further by negotiation – we’ve got trips to Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and Portsmouth coming up.
May not be a full on MTB tandem but it’s fine on gravel as well as roads.
