For sale: Deviate Highlander 140mm frame & shock

SUMMARY 

* Deviate Highlander 140 frame & Fox DPX2 Performance Elite rear shock.

* Size XL. 

* Sunset Yellow.

* 140mm rear travel, high pivot design.

* Full carbon.

* Frame bought new in February 2024, direct from Deviate. 

* Invisiframed from new (cost £100)

* Fitted with a new/unused Nukeproof Neutron headset (£45).

* Included: seat collar, rear axle, BB spacer.

* Condition is as-new – see photos.

Rear shock is a Fox DPX2 Performance Elite 210x55mm. Slightly older than the frame but in excellent condition. Air can serviced in Feb 2024 before I used it on the Deviate. Shock hardware and eyelets new in Feb 2024.

Why am I selling after only a few months? Simply, I prefer the sizing of my previous bike. This is a ‘me’ problem rather than a Deviate problem – a XL Highlander is on par with typical bikes in of this type, but I’m a weirdo who likes really long reach. At 187cm tall I should be comfortable on the XL but I prefer the feel of my much longer reach Geometron (for those that know about long reach).

Photos show the true condition. Being only a few months old and ridden a handful of times, it’s as-new. Some edges of the Invisiframe are visible (only noticeable up close – the worst ones are around the rear hose guides on the non-driveside seatstay. The only mark I can find is a light mark in the Invisiframe (not the paintwork) on the inside of the chainstay bridge. Frame is also ceramic-coated.

Deviate recommend XL for 186-198cm (6’1”-6’5”).
