by 0

Red Bull Formation will be back in Utah on 24 May to 1 June 2021. This women’s freeride event started back in 2019 and will take place for the second time in just a few weeks.

With some of the top names in women’s freeride heading out to the desert with progression in mind, this collaborative event aims to push the boundaries of women’s freeride and highlight what’s possible now, and for future generations.

Held on the 2015 Red Bull Rampage venue, each person will be supported throughout the event to create a top-to-bottom line to showcase their skill.

Perspectives For International Women’s Day

Professional freerider Samantha Soriano is on a Road to Red Bull Formation—the women’s freeride mountain bike event taking place May 24 to June 1 on the 2015 Red Bull Rampage venue outside Virgin, Utah. Join the 2018 U.S. Downhill National Champ as she travels to Southern Utah and prepares to ride among eight of the world’s best female freeride athletes aiming to conquer the most demanding mountain bike terrain on the planet. In episode one of this three-episode series, the 20-year-old Colorado native loads her 2021 Canyon Sender CFR and heads to the desert intent to knock the dust off her bag of tricks—with help, and comedic relief, from her lifelong riding partner and older brother, Ross Soriano.

Not too good about writing about myself, but not so bad at writing about other things. There was a time that I hated bikes, but then they became my life. Wouldn't be the person I am if I hadn't been on this journey. Here's to bikes, drinking tea and everything that comes with life on two wheels. I'm Lauren, I like bikes and writing about them. Always trying my best and up for adventures.
