SRAM Guide RSC Disc Brake – £89.99
This is a pretty exceptional offer. SRAM Guide RSC disc brakes reduced from £163.99 to just £89.99! This is the “per end” cost but a pair now only costs slightly more than a single brake did. Keep in mind that it doesn’t matter if you choose left or right when ordering as SRAM brakes work on either side. Also, “PM” stands for post mount, and the price doesn’t include discs.
Shimano XT Chainsets from £79.99
Another bargain are these Shimano XT chainsets starting from just £79.99. You’ll have to choose the 170mm length option for that price, or the price increases slightly to £89.99. What’s interesting is that CRC is selling SLX chainsets for the same price!
Shimano XT Full Drivetrain – £299.99
Keep with the Shimano XT theme, Singletrack Premier Dealer, Vanilla Bikes is having a sale on drivetrains. The Shimano XT offer they have sees a 40% discount on the 11-speed drivetrain bringing the cost down to only £299.99.
Shimano SLX Full Drivetrain – £239.99
If you don’t really need the bling of Shimano XT but still want a quality groupset then Vanilla Bikes also has a sale on 11-speed Shimano SLX drivetrains. For £239.99 you get chain, cassette, shifter and crank, and in all honesty, we think the SLX drivetrain looks a little nicer than XT does.
2018 Transition Scout Frame £1,150
If you fancy a new frame then this is the time of year to start looking as many of the current 2018 models are on sale.
