New GoPro Hero+ cameras add WiFi, touchscreen

GoPros come in a bewildering array of options nowadays, to suit pretty much any usage or budget. Just announced is the Hero+, a GoPro rounding out the lower end of the lineup with WiFi and a £169.99 price tag. Despite not having all the bells and whistles of higher models, it’s waterproof and will film at 60FPS in both 1080p and 720p. Additionally, there’s also a HERO+LCD, at £249.99 and featuring a rear touchscreen. Available October the 4th from GoPro and your local dealer (through Madison).

David started mountain biking in the 90’s, by which he means “Ineptly jumping a Saracen Kili Racer off anything available in a nearby industrial estate”. After growing up and living in some extremely flat places, David moved to Yorkshire specifically for the mountain biking. This felt like a horrible mistake at first, because the hills are so steep, but you get used to them pretty quickly. Previously, David trifled with road and BMX, but mountain bikes always won.
