The Adventure Series: Athertons v Snowdon

The Adventure Series documents a range of unique characters and people across various locations in the UK and Europe and of course a combination of mountain biking and other action sports.

Crankworx Les Deux Alpes 2013 – Hutchinson Dual Climb

The Hutchinson Dual Climb, described facetiously by the athletes as “a little grueling”, took place today at Crankworx Les 2 Alpes. Grenoble local Quentin Derbier’s stamina and technique was rewarded with first place and 800€. He keeps the Dual Climb title for the second year in a row after winning every single heat on the way to the top of the ladder.
Next up on the Les 2 Alpes’ schedule of events is the Whip Contest on Tuesday, July 9 17:30-19:00 CEST. This rider-judged event has no rules and is modeled after the extremely successful Official Whip Off World Championships at Crankworx Whistler. Developed by Sven Martin, a mountain bike photographer who knows his whips, this event brings big air and style to the masses. For the full schedule of events check out crankworx.com/whistler/schedule.php.

Le Grand Depart

This is a short film commissioned for the Walk and Ride Festival 2013 (walkandridefestival.co.uk/).
With Le Tour de France coming to Calderdale in 2014, it seemed appropriate to produce something featuring an aspect of that. The best road cyclists in the world will be descending on Calderdale, and everyone from 6 year old boys to Grandads will be coming to watch.
Music Composition by Nick Losse.

Sustrans Rollapaluza Racing

Rollapaluza’s outreach programme helps get school kids into cycling. The kid’s energy, excitement and sheer enthusiasm shone through in the short period I spent making this film. Hopefully some of the thrill that they experienced during the day with the Rollapaluza team will help them realise that the simple fact that riding a bike helps make your life better.

How to Suck at Riding a Bicycle

A light-hearted look at my wipe outs from the Yacolt Burn Enduro race. If you can’t laugh at yourself… Jason Dul
